High marks in the patient survey

In the 2013 patient survey, our patients gave the Radiology Centre Mannheim an overall rating of 1.8. Thank you very much for this!

This good score is also confirmed by the fact that 94% of the 300 or so patients who submitted their opinions and ratings in the questionnaire were happy to recommend our practice to others. "We are naturally delighted about this," explains Dr Maik Farries from RZM. "However, the aim of the survey is also to draw attention to things that need to be optimised. For example, there were indications that some people find it difficult to find their way around the Friedrichsring site. We are now addressing this with additional signage."
