Patient satisfaction increased
13.10.2015
In this year's patient survey, the RZM received an overall score of 1.5 - the best score to date in the annual patient survey.
After a 1.8 two years ago and a 1.7 a year ago, the overall score of 1.5 again indicates a significant improvement. "This is a pleasing development," says Dr Klaus-M. Ricken from RZM. "We are particularly pleased that we are rated better in the areas where we have taken on board criticism from previous surveys and brought about improvements: For example, better signposting at our locations or telephone accessibility, which is now guaranteed by a better technical system."
We carry out the patient survey annually as part of the RZM's quality management programme. Around 300 patients are interviewed by questionnaire.
